Kawneer recently launched a new Window Alliance Program. Developed to encourage long-term partnerships between our customers and Kawneer/Traco, the Window Alliance Program rewards brand loyalty with benefits and opportunities that drive mutual growth and profitability.

To be eligible for this program, customers commit to maintaining window sales volumes of at least $1.0 million per calendar year and maintain loyalty across all our market segments – windows, storefront/framing, entrances and curtain walls. In addition, Window Alliance customers support and promote the Kawneer/Traco bundle.

Customers who take advantage of this new initiative will be afforded benefits not offered to customers outside the program, which include project partnering and 10-week lead times after a Request for Information (RFI) is complete and submitted.

The Window Alliance Program is another example of our ongoing commitment to delivering differentiated customer satisfaction based on customer feedback and communication. In early 2012 we plan to build upon this new program to include the complete Kawneer product portfolio in addition to the currently available window options.
