Building on our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction, your Customer Multiplier Plan (CMP) information is now available online via KawneerDirect.com. As a customer, access to your latest updated plan is at your fingertips in an easy to read digital format that can be printed, viewed or saved as a PDF.

To access your current CMP simply log on to KawneerDirect.com and click on the “Customer Multiplier Plan” link under the “Self-Service Utilities” menu, on the left hand side of the landing page. From there,

the screen that shows your Item Group Multiplier for each corresponding price catalog item group will be displayed. By clicking on the “Print Page” button a PDF file will be created that you can either print or save to your computer. In addition to being a more environmentally responsible option, we believe that giving you on-line access to your CMP allows us to provide critical business information in a more timely manner.
