Much of Kawneer’s success as a company is a direct result of the people who work here. Colin Brosmer, Business Manager for Kawneer at Springdale, Arkansas and Susie Gomes Dagraca, Central Canada Regional Sales Manager in Mississauga, Ontario, are deep-rooted members of Kawneer. Having been with the company for a combined total of 23 years, both individuals have demonstrated superior dedication and effective leadership that has impacted Kawneer’s bottom line.

Having worked for Alcoa and Kawneer for nine years, Colin now serves as the Business manager for Kawneer in its Springdale facility, where he successfully leads and manages the Springdale Front End Organization. Prior to this position, Colin served as the Central Canada Regional Sales Manager for Kawneer and as a Corporate Project manager for Kawneer. Colin began his career with Alcoa in 2001 and worked as an Alcoa Account Manager for Flexible Packaging and an Alcoa Automotive Program manager. In each of these roles Colin demonstrated growth, responsibility, leadership and a commitment to both Alcoa and Kawneer ideals. Colin obtained his Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineering at the Ohio State University.

Since obtaining her Bachelor of Architectural Science from Ryerson University in 1996, Susie has leveraged her technical training with leadership experience in various departments of Kawneer and Alcoa. She currently operates as the Central Canada Regional Sales Manager (taking over for Colin) where she is responsible for the promotion and sales of all products and services within the new and remodel market segments for Central and Eastern Canada. Prior to this role, Susie served Kawneer as a Strategic Account Manager, an Architectural Sales Representative, a Customer Service Representative, a Master Scheduler and Engineering Draftsman. Always demonstrating a willingness to take on challenging projects, Susie’s focused efforts for Kawneer over the past 14 years have led to successful, strategic growth for the company.

Both Colin and Susie enjoy spending their free time with their families. Colin, his wife, Jayna, and their two sons, Max and Joey, are avid Ohio State fans. The Brosmers especially enjoy football Saturdays together. Susie also enjoys spending time with her family – husband, Gil, and sons, Jaden and Ethan. She is passionate about photography and hosts an annual charity golf tournament with her husband for “Sick Kids Hospital” in Toronto, a significant charity to their family.
