Moving in the Midwest

This past fall, we relocated our Midwest Service Center to Roselle, Illinois. This exciting move was part of an ongoing strategic initiative to upgrade our service centers across North America and offer more flexibility and unparalleled service to our customers. 

In addition to moving locations, we have outfitted the service center with new state-of-the-art equipment and technology that will provide customers with a broader range of resources as well as increased production, storage and inventory. These exciting developments will enable us to better meet the demand of today’s market, as well as future demand, by delivering shorter lead times and enhanced quality. And we will be able to do so while remaining cost competitive.

Even while expanding to fabricate a wider range of products, safety remains at the forefront. Starting with fatality prevention, the service center is eliminating forklifts by deploying walk-behind counterbalance trucks. The Midwest Service Center and Cleveland Service Center are the first to test and implement the new devices into their workflow and develop best practices that can be leveraged across locations.

We are also working to reduce all sources of noise that require hearing protection and making great progress – leveraging the ideas offered by all team members, no matter how big or small.

The Midwest Service Center offers stock items, a custom door line and framing systems. We are fully operational in our new location, and our experienced employees are prepared to provide exceptional service to our customers in the greater Chicago area and the central United States.
